To become a recruiter you must be very helpful to other crew members. You also must be in the crew for more than 24hours and rocking the crew emblem as a profile pic and following all the rest of the code of conduct.

for every 2 people recruited you will recieve $2,000,000 GTA CASH

( only 10 recruits allowed per day for pay )

Crew Active

When your recruitment accepts the crew invite, it will ask them if they want to make the crew active. They must press yes and it will send them to the character selection. Tell them to choose the same character. Then invite them back in the game. Not having crew as active will get you kicked or make your recruit invalid at payment time.

Outfit & Uniformed

Your recruit must be wearing the budget uniform or a current crew level outfit. Crew ranks are displayed in a tiny red box in the logo when your hovering over a player on the players menu online section when your press the pause button.

Conduct Inform

Your recruitment must visit the website and read all of the code of conduct . If your recruit isn't wearing uniform or doesn't know the code of conduct than your recruitment will be kicked out and considered invalid. It would be ideal for you to recruit someone who kind of has a grasp on general intelligence of gaming and GTA.
